How can I order

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order number and summary to your email as well as on you provided phone number. Order summary will also be stored to your account as well.

What payment methods can I use?

Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipelines and shall be integrated soon.

• For out-of-city orders Flat PKR 100 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG charges are PKR300, 10KG to 20KG charges are PKR800, 20KG to 30KG charges are PKR1200 & 30KG to 50KG shipment charges PKR1500 will be charged on COD.

How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

You can initiate your request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You must have proof of purchase and the condition of the product should not be opened or used.

You can choose from the calendar a date withing the next 4 days in which you require a delivery
